Yangon –Kyaikhtiyo-Yangon-Mandalay(Amarapura,Mingun)-Mandalay-(Sagaing,Ava )-Bagan-Popa--Heho-Ine-Yangon(15 Days/14 Nights)

Day 1 - Arrival Yangon ( by morning/midday flight )

Pick up from the hotel and warmly welcome by our tour guide and transfer to Hotel. In the afternoon, visit to Chauk Htet Gyi Pagoda, famous for its reclining Buddha. Then, visit to Shwedagon Pagoda-the most prominent monument in Yangon which dominates the sky with golden flash giant spires and holy relics. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.  


Day 2 - Yangon Sightseeing

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. In the morning, discover the National Museum, a comprehensive approach to this mysterious country including precious artifacts and quality. Then, we visit Sule Pagoda, dating back over 2,000 years and makes a useful landmark in down town Yangon. Then, Walk in the Sule Park (the independence monuments) and city Hall. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Yangon.


Day 3 - Yangon Train Sightseeing

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel then go to the city train station for visiting the circular process of Yangon. We can see the local people who go to work and street vendors, you will explore the daily life of inhabitants on the outskirts of Yangon. The train passes through residential areas and rice fields around the city. And go down the train Danyingon small local market in which sellers of spices, fruits and Burmese specialties take place onto the rails. Arrive at Danyigon, the driver pick up you to return to downtown. In the afternoon, walk in the city center and visit the Chinese and Indian neighborhoods in downtown,and old buildings like the old post.
Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Yangon.

Day 4 - Yangon –Kyaikhtiyo

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and drive to Golden Rock, locally called Kyaikhtiyo. It is located on a high mountain in Mon State and southeast from Yangon. Kyaikhtiyo pagoda exists on the highest peak (1100 meter above sea level) of the Paung Laung mountain ranges – 12 km from base camp kimpun. After 4 hours drive from Yangon, you take a 45 minute open truck uphill, then another hour walk up together with the native pilgrims., You will then reach the Pagoda site. In the late evening, dinner is served with fine Burmese food and then an overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 - Kyaikhtiyo- Bago- Yangon

After breakfast, back to Yangon. On the way back to Yangon visit Bago. Sightseeing includes the Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda, over a thousand years old; its spire is even taller than Shwedagon Pagoda. The 55 meter long reclining Shwe Tha Lyaung Buddha image is among the country's most revered. Return to Yangon through rural landscape of rice fields and small villages. Lunch and dinner are included. Overnight in Yangon.


Day 6 - Yangon-Mandalay-MayMyo

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and After breakfast, transfer to the airport of Yangon flight to Mandalay. Then drive to Pyin Oo Lwin (MayMyo),65km north east of Mandalay. It is a famous hill station and summer resort. The road to Pyin Oo Lwin winds up the hill and there are many hairpin bends along the way. At a viewpoint at 21 miles one can have a birdseye view of Mandalay in the distance below. Visit central market and clock tower. Botanical garden abundant with different kinds of flowers, shrubs, plants, beautiful lawns and huge trees providing shade. A Chinese temple(Joss-house) is worth a visit. The Pwegauk waterfall is a scenic idyll for a picnic or an excursion. Overnight at MayMyo.

Day 7 - MayMyo-Mandalay (Amarapura)

Breakfast at the hotel . In the morning, return to Mandalay.
Along the way , stop at Amarapura , then sightseeing to the most venerated Mahamuni Buddha Image cost in bronze, gilded with thick gold leaf; Golden-leaf Making Workshop; Kuthodaw Pagoda renowned as “The World’s largest Book” for its 729 stone slabs of Buddhist Scriptures Golden Palace Monastery, a super example of a traditional wooden building. Continue to ancient capital Amarapura. Visit to silk and cotton Weaving Industry, the famous U Bein Bridge,1.2 km long teak bridge spans the Taungthaman Lake.Dinner at the restaurant and overnight at Mandalay.

Day 8 - Mandaly-Mingun

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and we would take a short boat ride up river to reach Mingun, located at the other side of the Ayeyarwaddy river and north of Mandalay. The boat ride is always pleasant as one can learn the ways of local life along the river. Sightseeing highlights includes Pathodawgyi – believed to be one of the largest brick bases in the world and one of the wonders of the world if it is ever completed; Mingun bell – said to be the world's biggest uncracked ringing bell and Myatheindan pagoda represents Buddhist cosmology. Back to Mandalay. Overnight at Mandalay.

Day 9 - Visit Sagaing hill and Inwa

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Sagaing, a former capital of Shan Kingdom and Myanmar Kingdom but nowadays is renowned as the religious center of Myanmar because of over 400 monasteries spreading throughout the hillocks. After crossing the Inwa bridge (also called Sagaing bridge), one can visit the Sagaing hill by trucks. The highlights include Soonooponyashin Pagoda, Uminthonese. Other highlights include silver smith and Kaunghmudaw pagoda.Lunch at Sagaing.
And drive to Inwa, formerly known as AVA, also a former Royal capital of Myanmar located at the confluence of the Ayeyarwaddy river and Myitnge river. After crossing the Myitnge river by small boat, taking a horse cart along the bumpy road to visit the ruins of the old royal capital includes the watch tower - the 27 meter tall leaning tower of old royal palace; Mahaaungmyebonzan monastery ; Bargaya monastery. Overnight at Mandalay.

Day 10 - Mandalay - Bagan Bagan Fullday sightseeing

Packed breakfast from the hotel. Transfer to the airport for early flight to Bagan. Check in hotel. Bagan, one of Asia's most popular archaeological destinations and one out of two most pre-eminent religious old cities in South East Asia. The sightseeing starts with a visit to Nyaung Oo market – a typical local market; followed by visits to most distinctive pagodas such as Shwezigon Pagoda – the holiest one believed to be enshrined with Buddha’s tooth and hair; Gubyaukgyi Temple ( Wetkyiinn village) – the 13th century 'cave temple' with fine frescoes of scenes from Jakatas; Anada Temple – one of the masterpieces surviving and remaining in Bagan and considered to be in the Mon architecture style. A visit to the lacquer ware factory followed by a visit to a local village.We see the sunset at Shwe Sandaw Pagoda. Overnight at Bagan.

Day 11 - Bagan Fullday sightseeing

Option- At sunrise, take a Hot air balloon by seeing in the beautiful bagan which is filled by pagoda and temple.
And back to hotel. Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. Then visit the massive Dhamamayangyi temple noted for its remarkable brickwork. Visit Sulamani and continue to Lemyethna Temple. Then the three shrines of Payathonzu (if open),which are connected by passages adorned with Mahayanist. Visit Nandamannya Temple with fine frescoes and an unexpectedly erotic mural. Take a break from temples and wander through the village of Minnanthu to see how the local people live. And visit Abeyadana Temple with frescoes representing Bodhisattvas and the gods of Indian mythology. Continue to Nanpaya Temple, built in the Mon style with intricate stone carvings, and said once to have been Manuha’s residence. See the four Buddha images in Manuha Pagoda and then stop at Myazedi stupa to see Myanmar’s “Rosetta Stone”, bearing inscriptions written in four languages. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 12 - Bagan – Mt popa – Bagan

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt. Popa - an extinct volcano at 65km south east of Bagan in the plain region of middle Myanmar and is one of the national parks in Myanmar with a preserved forest. It serves as a small oasis in the hot, dry plain of Myanmar. The popularity of Mt. Popa today lies in the interest of religious and mystical beliefs as an abode of spirits, "Nats". Climb the Taungkalat – believed to be the part of the main volcano blown apart and plugged at the current location. On the way back to Bagan visit the toddy palm producing local home cottage. Overnight at Bagan.

Day 13 - Nyaung U-Heho Visit Inle lake

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Nyaung U airport for flight to Heho. Transfer by car to Nyaung Shwe (approx. 45 mins). Visit the village and transfer to hotel. Motor boat ride from the lakeside villages to observe the lifestyle of lntha. Visit the regional market and Phaungdawoo Pagoda, Ngaphechaung monaster. Other attractions include unique leg-rowing style and fishing method of the Innthar; floating gardens and vegetable plantations; and weaving factory and blacksmith. Overnight at Inle Lake.

Day 14 - Visit Indein

Breakfast at the hotel. Taking the boat down south and into a small twist and turn creek running into the lake, we would reach the Inn-dein village – a small village located at the south western bank of the lake famous for its ruined clusters of pagodas dating back to 16th century. The tranquility, peaceful ambience and ruins overgrown with bushes set you back centuries. Then back to Inle lake.


Day 15 - Yangon S.S / Yangon- Onward departure flight

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. Take a flight to Yangon.Morning sightseeing to famous shopping center Bogyoke Market (formerly called Scott Market), where you can see varieties of goods ranging from handicrafts to clothing and local food/snacks Transfer to the airport for the departure flight. Depart Yangon.
