Day 1 - Arrival Yangon ( by morning/midday flight )

Pick up from the hotel and warmly welcome by our tour guide and transfer to Hotel. In the afternoon, visit to Chauk Htet Gyi Pagoda, famous for its reclining Buddha. Then, visit to Shwedagon Pagoda-the most prominent monument in Yangon which dominates the sky with golden flash giant spires and holy relics. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.   

 

Day 2 - Yangon Sightseeing

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. In the morning, discover the National Museum, a comprehensive approach to this mysterious country including precious artifacts and quality. Then, we visit Sule Pagoda, dating back over 2,000 years and makes a useful landmark in down town Yangon. Then, Walk in the city center and visit the Chinese and Indian neighborhoods in downtown, the independence monuments, City Hall, colonial neighborhood and old buildings like the old post. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Yangon.

Day 3 - Ygn/Mdl Visit Amarapura and Mingun

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and take the late morning flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival in Mandalay, transfer to hotel; then sightseeing to the most venerated Mahamuni Buddha Image, Kuthodaw Pagoda renowned as “The World’s largest Book” . Continue to ancient capital Amarapura. Visit to silk and cotton Weaving Industry, the famous U Bein Bridge,1.2 km long teak bridge spans the Taungthaman Lake. Late afternoon, we would take a short boat ride up river to reach Mingun. Sightseeing highlights includes Pathodawgyi ; Mingun bell – said to be world's biggest un-cracked and ringing bell and Myatheindan pagoda represents for Buddhist cosmology. Back to Mandalay. Overnight at Mandalay.

Day 4 - Visit Sagaing hill and Inwa

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Sagaing, a former capital of Shan Kingdom and Myanmar Kingdom but nowadays is renowned as the religious center of Myanmar because of over 400 monasteries spreading throughout the hillocks. After crossing the Inwa bridge (also called Sagaing bridge), one can visit the Sagaing hill by trucks. The highlights include Soonooponyashin Pagoda, Uminthonese. Other highlights include silver smith and Kaunghmudaw pagoda.Lunch at Sagaing.
And drive to Inwa, formerly known as AVA, also a former Royal capital of Myanmar located at the confluence of the Ayeyarwaddy river and Myitnge river. After crossing the Myitnge river by small boat, taking a horse cart along the bumpy road to visit the ruins of the old royal capital includes the watch tower - the 27 meter tall leaning tower of old royal palace; Mahaaungmyebonzan monastery ; Bargaya monastery. Overnight at Mandalay.

Day 5 - Mandalay-Bagan Bagan Fullday sightseeing

Packed breakfast from the hotel. Transfer to the airport for early flight to Bagan. Check in hotel. Bagan, one of Asia's most popular archaeological destinations and one out of two most pre-eminent religious old cities in South East Asia. The sightseeing starts with a visit to Nyaung Oo market – a typical local market; followed by visits to most distinctive pagodas such as Shwezigon Pagoda – the holiest one believed to be enshrined with Buddha’s tooth and hair; Gubyaukgyi Temple ( Wetkyiinn village) – the 13th century 'cave temple' with fine frescoes of scenes from Jakatas; Anada Temple – one of the masterpieces surviving and remaining in Bagan and considered to be in the Mon architecture style. A visit to the lacquer ware factory followed by a visit to a local village.We see the sunset at Shwe Sandaw Pagoda. Overnight at Bagan.

Day 6 - Bagan Fullday sightseeing

At sunrise, take a Hot air balloon by seeing in the beautiful bagan which is filled by pagoda and temple.
And back to hotel. Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. Then visit the massive Dhamamayangyi temple noted for its remarkable brickwork. Visit Sulamani and continue to Lemyethna Temple. Then the three shrines of Payathonzu (if open),which are connected by passages adorned with Mahayanist. Visit Nandamannya Temple with fine frescoes and an unexpectedly erotic mural. Take a break from temples and wander through the village of Minnanthu to see how the local people live. And visit Abeyadana Temple with frescoes representing Bodhisattvas and the gods of Indian mythology. Continue to Nanpaya Temple, built in the Mon style with intricate stone carvings, and said once to have been Manuha’s residence. See the four Buddha images in Manuha Pagoda and then stop at Myazedi stupa to see Myanmar’s “Rosetta Stone”, bearing inscriptions written in four languages. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 7 - Bagan – Mt popa – Bagan

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt. Popa - an extinct volcano at 65km south east of Bagan in the plain region of middle Myanmar and is one of the national parks in Myanmar with a preserved forest. It serves as a small oasis in the hot, dry plain of Myanmar. The popularity of Mt. Popa today lies in the interest of religious and mystical beliefs as an abode of spirits, "Nats". Climb the Taungkalat – believed to be the part of the main volcano blown apart and plugged at the current location. On the way back to Bagan visit the toddy palm producing local home cottage. Overnight at Bagan.

 

Day 8 - Nyaung U-Heho Visit Inle lake

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Nyaung U airport for flight to Heho. Transfer by car to Nyaung Shwe (approx. 45 mins). Visit the village and transfer to hotel. Motor boat ride from the lakeside villages to observe the lifestyle of lntha. Visit the regional market and Phaungdawoo Pagoda, Ngaphechaung monaster. Other attractions include unique leg-rowing style and fishing method of the Innthar; floating gardens and vegetable plantations; and weaving factory and blacksmith. Overnight at Inle Lake.

Day 9 - Visit Indein

Breakfast at the hotel. Taking the boat down south and into a small twist and turn creek running into the lake, we would reach the Inn-dein village – a small village located at the south western bank of the lake famous for its ruined clusters of pagodas dating back to 16th century. The tranquility, peaceful ambience and ruins overgrown with bushes set you back centuries. Then back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 - Lac Inle-Pindaya-Kalaw

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and drive to the typical village of Pindaya through an amazing landscape .Then first half day trekking in Pindaya region. And have a lunch and visit Pindaya cave with hundreds of Buddha Statues and local umbrella making cottages and Pindaya lake. Then Continue to Kalaw. Overnight at Kalaw.


 

Day 11 - Kalaw Green Hill Valley

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, start a half-day walk to reach the elephant camp Green Hill Valley.
On-site meeting with the mahouts and participation in the daily care of the animals: food and bath. Then, Check-out on elephant back up to join the main camp. In the afternoon, return to Kalaw (45 minutes) and transfer to the hotel.
Lunch at the camp, facing a beautiful green valley below. Overnight at kalaw.

Day 12 - Kalaw-Heho-Thandwe-Ngapali

After breakfast , transfer to the airport of Heho and flight to Thandwe. Transfer to Ngapali Beach (provided by hotel). Overnight at hotel in Ngapali Beach.

Day 13 - Ngapali beach

Day 16 - Yangon S.S / Yangon- Onward departure flight

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and. Morning sightseeing to famous shopping center Bogyoke Market (formerly called Scott Market), where you can see varieties of goods ranging from handicrafts to clothing and local food/snacks Transfer to the airport for the departure flight. Depart Yangon.
